SIRAL QUICK-FREEZING MACHINE

Spiral quick-freezing machine structure:

Transmission mesh belt made of SUS304 stainless steel, using high strength stainless steel wire spiral private mesh, wearing rod end uses automation high-frequency molding technology, run more smoothly, more durable service life.

Evaporator uses industrial aluminum materials, aluminum pipe, aluminum fin, and tube arrangement closely, so the heat exchange performance is good.

Safety devices include: conveyor belt turn-up sensors, mesh belt adjust sensors, and emergency stop switch, in order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

The thermal insulation structure system is made up of stainless steel metal insulation board, and internal filling polyurethane foam. The thickness of the floor is 225mm, with full stainless steel continuous welding, no water seepage, and no settlement.
